ASSEMBLY OF FIRST NATIONS PHILIPPINES (afin pHILS)

On October 28, 2023, with the principle of “Free, and Prior Informed Consent” (a requirement by law) leaders from 188 Tribal Communities came together to sign a historic 13-page charter to merge the economic destinies of various royal families and indigenous groups in the Philippines. The charter gave birth to a national confederation, known as the Ministerial National Confederation of Indigenous People, and the Assembly of First Nations Philippines, Federal Maharlika Monarchy (the “Confederation”) was adopted and signed by the leaders of all 188 tribal communities It was unanimously adopted by 110 NCIP-recognized tribes, 65 Christianized Hispanic Cultural Majority Indigenous Peoples groups, and 13 Moro Islamic Converted Tribes recognized by NCMF. This historic agreement which was submitted to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, marked the first time 188 tribal communities collectively pursued a common objective, notably including Christians and Muslims.

The Charter, a first of its kind, articulated the long-held view of the elders that all the gold in the world belonged to God and thus was the community property given by God which could not be sold.  Without the ability to convert physical gold into a freely exchangeable standardized medium of exchange and store of value, the tribes remained asset rich, but cash poor.

The Confederation is governed by a hierarchical structure where 9 Customary Royal Houses oversee 23 Regional Royal Houses who in turn are responsible to oversee the 254 Provincial Royal Houses scattered throughout the 7,000 Philippine Islands.

Inspired by the two-page center-spread “Open Letter to the Nations of the World,” published in seven of Manila’s top newspapers on September 11, 2023, the Customary Royal House leaders finally saw the opportunity to convert their vast reserves of physical gold into a common legal tender gold-backed monetary unit (or scrip) that could liberate people and nations in the name of Yahweh, beginning with the Philippines and extending globally.

On December 9, 2023, with unanimous agreement based on the principle of “Free and Informed Prior Consent”, nine Customary Royal Houses constructively and cooperatively merged their gold assets stored within the ancestral domains to capitalize Yahweh’s Gold Bank.

The charter effectively returned all the gold of the Philippines to its intended purpose of liberating the people of the Philippines and all people of the world. Each gold-backed monetary unit, marked “Holy to Yahweh,” symbolizes this divine purpose.
